FAQ
What is Kit, and is it the same as ConvertKit?
Yes. Kit is the current name of the platform formerly known as ConvertKit. I use both names in the gig description to make the service clear to buyers searching under either name.
What do you need to start my Kit email marketing project?
I need your project goal, access to the relevant Kit account or settings, your brand assets, the content to be used, and your intended signup-to-email workflow. I will confirm any missing details before beginning.
Can you set up Kit email automation?
Yes. I can configure the agreed automation workflow, triggers, tags, delays, and sequence connections where supported by your Kit plan.
Can you create an email welcome sequence?
Yes. The Standard package includes up to 3 emails and the Premium package includes up to 5. Provide the copy or request copywriting as an additional service.
Can you design a Kit landing page or signup form?
Yes. I can configure one signup form or landing page under the relevant package, using your brand colors, content, and call to action.
Can you connect Kit with Zapier or another tool?
I can help with supported integrations when the required permissions, plan features, and integration capabilities are available. Please contact me first for complex connections.
Can you migrate my email list from another platform?
Migration can be arranged as a separately scoped project. I will need to understand your current platform, subscriber data, sequences, tagging structure, and the permissions involved.
Do you guarantee inbox placement or sales?
No. Inbox placement and sales depend on many factors, including consent, sender reputation, content, list quality, audience behavior, and the offer. I focus on correctly configuring the agreed setup and testing its workflow.
Do I need a paid Kit plan?
It depends on the specific features requested. Some capabilities, including certain visual automation actions, are plan-dependent. I will confirm the requirements before ordering.
What happens if I need changes after delivery?
Your package includes the stated number of revisions for the agreed scope. New features, extra emails, and additional workflows can be purchased separately.
