Do I need a paid Make.com account?
Make.com's free plan allows 2 active scenarios and 1,000 operations/month — enough for very simple automations. For anything business-grade, the Core plan ($10.59/month for 10,000 operations) is recommended. I'll advise you on the best plan before you commit to anything.
Will you need access to my accounts?
Yes — I'll need temporary access to your Make.com account and admin access to the platforms we're connecting. I recommend using password-sharing tools like LastPass for secure access. If you prefer not to share credentials, I can offer a screen-share session where you maintain full control.
What if my automation breaks after delivery?
All deliveries come with a 7-day guarantee. If something breaks due to the original build within that window, I'll fix it at no cost. Issues caused by third-party platform changes (API updates, policy changes) are outside this scope but can be resolved under a new order.
Can you fix or improve an automation someone else built?
