Yes. We can help you understand and use your delivered template. If something is not working as agreed, message us on Fiverr so we can review it. New designs, additional content and changes beyond the original scope are quoted separately.

Platform setup is included where stated in your selected package. Tell us which ESP you use so we can confirm compatibility. Template installation does not include sending the campaign or configuring automation flows.

A revision is a consolidated round of adjustments within the agreed brief, such as changes to colours, spacing or supplied content. Your package specifies the revision allowance. A new design direction, additional email or extra sections may require an additional quote.
