I will create a reusable hosted email signature generator

The Generator app does not store data on the server. To enable you to re-generate quickly, it stores the content of your form fields only in cookies in the browsers used to generate the signature, for up to 4 years. Clearing cookies or changing browsers will require re-entering the data.

Each organization is allocated a subdomain under emailsig.biz, e.g. YourOrg.emailsig.biz.

Your first payment gives you access for one year. One month before expiry, I will offer you the option to renew at a special price (always at least 10% less than the going rate at the time).

You can upgrade by sending me an email request. I will charge you the price difference between the two packages according to the going rate at the time. In this case, the 10% existing-client discount will not apply because the upgrade process requires more configuration, but will apply on renewal.

Yes, but only at renewals. There will be no pro-rata refunds for changes before the renewal date. Note that you will lose any features that are not included in your new package.

While most modern email clients support these signatures, some older clients are missing basic features. E.g. my templates embed social media icons and portrait images to improve load speed. Outlook 2010 strips embedded images in outgoing emails although it shows them in incoming emails.
