I will test your customer-facing applications (website, apps) etc just like how your customer would be interacting with your website or app; and provide scenario-based feedback for:

• broken links, non-functional buttons, scrolling issues etc
• where customer friction would happen
• ease of navigation
• whether users can complete key tasks smoothly from start to finish
• etc

I also offer testing based on customer personas such as first-time customers, existing customers, merchants, frequent shoppers, solution-aware shoppers, casual shoppers etc as different profiles would journey differently.
