Its always recommended that you create a backup before and after the job is done so you have those restoration points covered. I do create backups of the files that I edit for my personal safety but I don't create complete website backup unless I agreed to do that

Well if the revisions that you request are not inline with the agreed job description then that will be charged separately. We can do that as part of a new gig. If its something simple I can do that within this gig, but thats my personal decision if I choose to do so.
