A REAL EXAMPLE: A client's automation sort of worked products synced inconsistently, and customers sometimes got the wrong item on their receipt. I audited the system and found six compounding bugs: an expired API connection silently breaking receipts for weeks, a text-matching bug causing wrong products on orders, a dead webhook stopping new products from syncing, and a mapping error affecting 100+ products. I traced each to its root cause, verified every fix against live data, and rebuilt the sync to self-heal.
