How long does delivery take?
Basic: 2 days. Standard: 3 days. Premium: 5 days. Express delivery is available as a Gig Extra and halves each timeline.
What file formats do you accept?
Accepted: PDF, PPT, Word, txt, scanned PDFs, clear audio (mp3/wav). Scans are OCR-processed (manual fix). If files are handwritten, heavily degraded, or your audio has loud background noise, please send a sample in chat before ordering.
What does "cognitive calibration" mean?
The document is structured to match how your exam actually tests you. A definitions exam needs clear definitions and worked examples. An analysis exam needs comparisons between approaches and decision criteria. Tell me what type of exam you're preparing for, and the structure adapts accordingly.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers output that doesn't match your source materials or falls outside the agreed scope. Requests for content not present in your original sources, or structural changes beyond the agreed plan, are outside scope and quoted separately.
Which subjects do you cover?
Engineering (all disciplines), physics, mathematics, chemistry, computer science, electronics. Humanities, law, and medical subjects are not currently offered.
What is the Conflict Log included in the Premium package?
When your sources define the same concept differently, the main document resolves the conflict and applies one consistent version throughout. The Conflict Log is a separate document recording every discrepancy — what source A said, what source B said, and what resolution was applied.
Is this service suitable for coursework or assignment submission?
No. This service produces personal study materials based on sources you provide. It is not designed or intended for academic submission.
How do you handle the privacy of my files?
Your materials are used exclusively to generate your study notes. Text content may be processed via secure third-party enterprise APIs. All original files and generated documents are permanently deleted from my local systems 30 days after the order is marked complete.
