What do you need before starting?
Please share the workflow goal, apps involved, the steps you want to automate, and sample input/output data. If access is needed, we can arrange limited permissions securely.
Do I need my own n8n instance?
Yes. Your workflow runs in your n8n Cloud or self-hosted instance. Setting up a new server, Docker or hosting is not included in these packages and requires a separate quote.
What counts as one workflow?
One clearly defined automation process within the package limits. Multiple independent workflows, full accounting systems, custom web apps and extensive infrastructure work require a custom offer.
Are AI and API usage costs included?
No. Paid API usage, AI model costs and n8n subscriptions are billed directly to your own account by the provider. I can help estimate costs before development.
Which apps can you connect?
n8n supports hundreds of apps (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Airtable, CRMs, shops…). Anything with an API or webhook can be connected too. Not sure? Just message me.
What is included in a revision?
Revisions cover adjustments to the originally agreed workflow requirements. New features, additional integrations or changes to the project scope require a separate quote.
Will I receive the workflow files?
Yes. You receive the n8n JSON export and setup notes. I test the agreed scenarios using provided sample data or approved access. Ongoing monitoring and future third-party API changes are not included.
Can you fix an existing n8n workflow?
Yes. I also offer a dedicated n8n debugging service for broken nodes, APIs, webhooks and data mapping. Please check my other Gig or message me with your workflow.
Do you speak German?
Yes, I'm a native German speaker. We can communicate in English or German.
