my name is Fabian and I worked until February 2021 as a Logistics Project Manager.
I had different tasks beginning from
- Planning and implementation of a Germany-wide location strategy - organization, closings and new openings - of logistics locations including location selection and analysis of order structures)
- Communication between logistics and administrative units such as customer service / purchasing
- Development of KPIs to evaluate productivity
- Implementation of various small projects such as the analysis of transport costs based on offers from various forwarding agencies as well as route planning
- Process modeling and optimization
- Working with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Project and Visio (creation of fully automatic sheets including pivot tables for presentation and submission to management)
