FAQ
Do you include free hosting for my bot after completion?
Yes! Every tier includes free hosting. The hosting duration depends on the package you choose, and you can easily extend it during checkout or later through a renewal option. You can also contact me anytime if you prefer to opt out of the hosting plan.
How does the free hosting work?
I’ll handle the entire setup process on my own infrastructure and create the Discord application for you. You’ll simply receive an OAuth invite link to add your bot to your server — no configuration required on your side.
What happens to my data after my free hosting expires?
Your data (such as logs or local database files, if SQLite is used) is securely stored for up to 6 months after your hosting period ends. I’ll try to contact you to deliver your data package before removal. You can also request your data at any time or opt out of hosting entirely.
What will be included in the final deliverable?
You will receive the full source code, a Docker file as well as static builds for Windows and Linux for various CPU architecture types
Will I get regular updates on my project?
Yes! During the entire project from planning to deployment we will be closely working togethger, I will aim to give you daily updates about the development of your bot once they are available! Alternatively I will also provide demo videos of your bot in action if the project requires it.
What happens if I find issues or bugs on the bot after deployment?
After deployment you have a 4-6 week timespan to get free bug / issue fixes, just contact me with the issue and I'll be right on it!
What database will be used if I need one?
I will be using SQLite by default which will make it easy to ship the database to you after hosting. It will also make sure that you do not need any experience with databases to use the bot (ex. Setup MySQL etc.). Note that you can change this to almost any SQL database and MongoDB while ordering.
