What’s included in each package?
Yes absolutely! Please refer to the comparison chart in the gallery section. If you're unsure which package suits your needs best, feel free to message me—I'm happy to help!
What is a mockup / what will I receive?
A mockup is a high-quality, realistic presentation of your clothing item—perfect for marketing, production, or pitching. You'll receive clean, professional PNG/JPG files, and with higher packages, design/source files too.
Are you able to turn my sketch into a digital mockup?
Absolutely! You can send sketches, reference photos, moodboards, or just a text description. The more input you provide, the better I can bring your exact vision to life.
What is a Tech Pack, and do I need one?
A Tech Pack is a production-ready document that includes all the technical details a manufacturer needs (measurements, fabrics, specs, etc.). It’s included in the “Production Ready” package and recommended for serious production.
How does the design process work?
Once you place your order, I’ll begin right away. You’ll receive a first concept for review, then we’ll go through revisions (if needed) until final delivery with all files.
What if I don’t like the design?
No worries! I offer unlimited revisions to make sure you're 100% happy with the final result. Your satisfaction is my priority.
How long is the delivery time?
Depending on the package, it ranges from 4 to 6 business days. You can also choose the “Extra Fast Delivery” option to receive your design 1 day faster.
Can I use the designs commercially?
Yes, you get full commercial rights for all files delivered. If you have specific licensing questions, feel free to reach out beforehand.
