I build an AI chat assistant that does both. It answers your customers using YOUR content (prices, hours, policies, FAQs), and when someone wants to book, it collects the details, checks your calendar or data, and confirms the appointment - end to end.
This is not a generic "ask me anything" bot. I train it on what you actually offer and set clear limits so it never invents answers. When it is unsure, it says so and hands over to a human instead of guessing.
Basic: a single-purpose FAQ/info bot on one channel.
Standard: adds real appointment booking with calendar/data checks.
Premium: adds an admin panel so you can read every chat and take over any conversation, on two channels - and I host and set it all up.

FAQ
Where does the bot run, and is there a monthly fee?
It runs on your own setup or a low-cost server you control - no hidden subscription paid to me. The AI usage (e.g. OpenAI key) is billed to your own account. I tell you the realistic running cost upfront, before you order.
Which channels can the bot work on?
A website widget, Telegram, WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger. Basic and Standard cover one channel; Premium covers two. Tell me where your customers already message you and I will build it there.
Can it be trained on my own info and FAQs?
Yes. You send your prices, hours, policies and common questions, and the bot answers from that. I set limits so it stays on topic and does not invent answers - when it is unsure it says so and hands over to a human.
