FAQ
What types of products do you create content for?
I specialise in faceless UGC and product photography for skincare, fragrance, beauty, jewelry, and home decor. I keep the focus entirely on your product — no face shown! If you have something else in mind, just ask.
How do I send my products to you?
I'm based in Birmingham, UK. Once we confirm the project, I'll send you my full shipping address and simple instructions — just send the item, and I'll take care of the rest!
What is your turnaround time?
I start the clock once I receive your product: • Photos only: 2 days • Photos + Video: 3 days • Premium bundle: 3 days (priority) Rush requests? Message me — I'll try my best to help!
Do you provide styling?
Absolutely! Natural light, beautiful backgrounds, elegant staging — I make your product look premium. Share your brand colours, vibe, or any specific requests, and I'll match it perfectly.
Can I request revisions?
Yes! I want you 100% happy. You get 1 revision on Standard, 2 on Premium. Minor tweaks are always included — I'll work with you until it's right.
What formats do I receive?
All files are high-resolution JPEG, ready for Instagram, TikTok, Shopify, or ads. If you need PNG or other formats, just let me know — no extra charge!
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! Got multiple products or an ongoing campaign? Message me with details — I'll create a custom package just for you.
