Which Spanish variant should I choose?
I offer Latin American, neutral/international, and European Spanish. LATAM targets Spanish-speaking America, European Spanish is for Spain, and neutral Spanish avoids strongly regional wording for broader reach, though it may have a bit less local flavor. If you aren't sure, I can help you choose!
Do you use AI?
Other than CAT Tools (in case you use them), no. I do reference AI for LQA purposes but never for raw output. I do all my research for references, complicated terms and proofreading by myself.
Do you work with a specific software or format?
I usually work with Spreadsheets, memoQ, trados, CSV/JSON, .txt strings, and Engine specific formats (like .po for Godot). But I can work with whatever format you require or feel more comfortable with!
Can you translate textures, screenshots or in-game text?
Yes! Depending on the complexity I can do it myself and send it back to you, but generally I send a separate file with the translations for the textures so the devs can work with the original files.
Can you translate made up words and wordplay?
Of course! That's my favorite part of the job. It takes a bit longer since it's more work, but let me know the specifics and I'll give you exactly what you need!
Can you translate more than 10000 words?
Yes! Feel free to message me with the specific number of words in your game.
Can you translate other stuff, like apps, websites or books?
Yes! I translate all kinds of creative projects, technical manuals and magazines too!
Do you translate from Spanish to English as well?
Yes, I do! Prices and packages are the same.
