Which booking platforms can you integrate?

Can you send appointment reminders through WhatsApp or SMS?
Yes! Premium includes one additional messaging channel, either WhatsApp or SMS. You will need an approved provider account, the required messaging permissions, and any applicable WhatsApp templates. External messaging fees are not included.

Absolutely! You can specify reminder times such as 24 hours or 2 hours before an appointment. The number of reminders included depends on your package, and the scheduling system must provide the required appointment details.
Can the system handle cancellations and rescheduling?
Yes. Standard can handle cancellation events, including stopping pending reminders. Premium can also update the connected workflow when an appointment is rescheduled, provided your booking system supports those events.
Will you create a booking website or AI appointment chatbot?
Not as part of these packages. This service automates an existing booking process. A custom booking website, conversational AI receptionist, or complete scheduling application requires a separate quote.
