What do you need from me to start the project?
To get started, I need your 2D floor plans (AutoCAD DWG or PDF are ideal), any rough sketches or measurements you have, reference images showing your preferred style and materials, and a clear description of your specific requirements.
Do you provide the 3D source file?
Yes! The 3D source file (SketchUp) is fully included in both the Standard and Premium packages. If you are ordering the Basic package and need the source file, it can easily be added as an Extra service during checkout.
Can you design a space from scratch, or do I need to provide the exact floor plan?
I can do both! If you already have a plan, I will accurately model and render it. If you need concept design, spatial planning, or layout optimization from scratch, we can discuss your vision and I will design a functional and beautiful space for you.
What exactly is included in a "Revision"?
A revision includes adjustments to materials, textures, lighting setups, colors, or minor furniture changes. Please note that major structural changes, altering the core dimensions, or a complete redesign of the floor plan after the initial agreement will require an additional gig or extra cost.
