Yes. I can train your chatbot on PDFs, Word docs, spreadsheets, plain text, website pages, and structured databases. Just send me the files or a link and I will handle the ingestion, chunking, and embedding. Mixed sources in one chatbot are fine.
Can you integrate the AI chatbot with my existing website or app?
Yes. You get an embeddable widget that drops into any site with a single script tag, or a REST API endpoint if you want to build your own interface. Works with WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, React, and custom stacks.

How do you make sure the AI chatbot gives accurate answers instead of hallucinating?
The chatbot uses RAG, so it retrieves the most relevant sections from your documents before answering, and is instructed to answer only from that retrieved content. If your documents do not cover a question, it says so instead of guessing. I test the system against sample questions before delivery.
Do the answers include source citations?
Yes. Every answer links back to the exact document and page it came from, so your users can verify the information themselves. This is included in all packages.
Which LLM do you use, OpenAI or Claude?
Either one, your choice. OpenAI GPT-4o and Anthropic Claude both work well for RAG. If you are unsure, I will recommend one based on your document type, expected volume, and budget. The setup can be switched later without rebuilding the whole system.
Do I need my own OpenAI or Claude API key?
Yes, you will need your own API key so the chatbot runs on your account and you keep full control of usage and billing. Creating one takes a few minutes and I will walk you through it if you have not done it before.
What ongoing costs should I expect after delivery?
Two things: your LLM API usage (billed by OpenAI or Anthropic based on how many messages your chatbot handles) and your vector database plan, which has a free tier that covers most small projects. Hosting depends on where you deploy. I will give you a realistic estimate time.
o you provide support after delivery, and what does it cost?
Every package includes support for the revisions listed in that tier. The Premium package includes 30 days of post-delivery support for bug fixes and small adjustments. Beyond that, I offer ongoing support and maintenance as a custom offer. Message me for a quote.
Can you deploy the chatbot to my own server or cloud?
Yes. I can deploy to AWS, GCP, Vercel, or your own server, and hand over the full source code and setup documentation so you are never locked in. Self-hosted deployment is included in the Premium package and available as an add-on for other tiers.
