How are third‑party load board integrations implemented?
We use RESTful API connectors with OAuth 2.0 or API‑key authentication for each partner (Sylectus, FedEx, IVIA, Loadboard123). Data is fetched via scheduled cron jobs or webhooks, normalized into our internal schema, and cached in Redis for high‑speed lookup.
What types of users does your platform support?
Our system unites shippers, brokers, dispatchers, and carrier companies, each with dedicated dashboards and workflows.
How does the bidding process work for carriers?
Carriers and freight companies participate in Dynamic Bidding, filtering available loads by ZIP code, distance, vehicle type, dates, and weight, then placing competitive bids. Also in some of our previous systems we have an option to book the load on a fixed rate or bid on it.
Which third‑party load boards can be integrated?
We have already integrated with top load‑board APIs such as Sylectus, FedEx, IVIA, Loadboard123, and more, to broaden your load inventory. If you have any loadboard which gives you the API acess then we can easily integrate in your website.
How are notifications handled?
Users receive push notifications for nearby loads, bid statuses, driver ETA updates, and geofence events via web, mobile, SMS, or email based on preferences.
Can the mobile app work offline?
Yes—basic trip details and assigned loads are cached on the device. Drivers can update status and upload documents offline; changes sync automatically once the connection is restored.
Can I customize the platform’s features?
The system is modular—you can enable/disable features like geofencing, animated playback, or third‑party integrations. Custom workflows (e.g., approval steps) can be added during the initial setup.
Is the platform fully bilingual?
Yes the frameworks we use, gives us the ability to set as many languages in the system.
How is data secured and who can see it?
All API traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. Documents and credentials are stored with encryption at rest. Role‑based access controls ensure shippers, carriers, and admins see only their own data.
What additional features you provide with the loadboard?
We also provide mobile app tracking or direct Hardware GPS tracking. We provide playback of a trip. Besides we have inspections, maintenances, shifts and many more based on the clients requirements.
