Do you need access to my Seller Central or Ads account?
Not for the build. You export a Bulk File and a Search Term Report and send them as files, and I deliver campaigns as a Bulk File you upload yourself. If you would rather I upload directly, you can add me as a user with Advertiser permissions only.
Can you guarantee a specific ACoS?
No, and I would be careful with anyone who does. ACoS depends on your price, conversion rate, reviews and stock, not just bids. What I can promise is a structure where every dollar is traceable, so you can see what is working instead of guessing.
My campaigns are already running - do we start over?
Usually not. In most accounts the spend and history are worth keeping, so I restructure around what already converts and switch off what does not. If the account is genuinely unsalvageable I will tell you that before you order.
What exactly do I need to send you?
A Bulk File export covering the last 60 days and a Search Term Report. Both take about two minutes in Campaign Manager, and I will send you a short guide if you have not pulled them before. Also tell me your target ACoS and monthly budget.
Do you manage campaigns on an ongoing basis?
Yes, that is where most of my work is. This gig covers the audit, the build and 7 to 30 days of management. After that, message me and I will send a custom offer for monthly management with weekly bid, budget and negative keyword work.
Which Amazon marketplaces do you work in?
US, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Canada, Australia and UAE. CPCs and search behaviour differ a lot between them, so tell me which marketplace you sell in and I will build against that market's real cost data.
How soon will I see a change?
Amazon needs roughly 7 to 14 days of data before a restructured account settles. Anyone promising a drop in ACoS within days is either lowering bids until you lose sales, or guessing. I will tell you what to watch in week one and week two.
