Please give me the following details:

1. The exact size of the design (width x height). 

2. The file format/s you need (.JPG, .PDF, .PNG...) 

3. If you’re ordering the source file please specify if you need .PSD or .AI(Available as Extras)

4. All the text you need to be included, in text format.

5. The basic concept to be portrayed (unless you're willing to give me full creative freedom). 

6. A few VISUAL references to the style you like.

7. If you need a photo to be included, please provide it.
