Should I change Nameservers before migration?
No, you should not change nameservers, If you have changed it to new host, then move it back to old host. After migration, I will change or let you know to change nameservers.
Can I update my website or add post during migration?
No. Stop all work and update to the website that you want to migrate for at least 12 hours.
Can I cancel my Old Hosting account Instantly after Migration?
No. You should Keep old hosting account for at least 24 hours. As DNS propagation will take upto 24 hours. So, if anyone from the world getting your website pointed to old host, he/she will still reach your website. So, no visitor will be missed.
How much time a website migration will take?
It depends on the size and obviously web hosting server performance. I usually done migration within an hour in ideal condition. My priority is to deliver order ASAP.
