FAQ
Do I need to buy new cameras?
No. It works with most IP cameras, CCTV systems and NVRs that support RTSP, including Hikvision, Dahua and Axis. We connect to the cameras you already have.
Can it run without sending video to the cloud?
Yes. We install it on a server in your building or your private cloud. Video stays on your network. Internet is only needed to send alerts to your phone.
How accurate is the detection?
We test on footage from your own cameras and tune the AI before handover, so you get very few false alarms. Lighting and camera angle matter, and we advise on both.
How will I get alerts?
On your phone by app notification, SMS, email, WhatsApp or Telegram, with a snapshot of the event. We can also send alerts into your existing security or access control system.
Is face recognition legal for my business?
Rules differ by country. We enable it only where you have consent or a legal basis, and can blur faces of everyone else. Many clients use person and vehicle detection only, which avoids this.
Are there monthly fees?
No per-camera license fees from us. You only pay for your own server or cloud, and optional SMS costs. Ongoing support and new detections are available as a monthly plan if you want it.
