Do you need my WordPress login?
Usually yes. I'll need admin access, and for tougher issues, hosting or FTP access too. I'll tell you exactly what I need after you message me. Your access is handled carefully, and you can change your passwords once the work is done.
Do you take a backup first?
Always. I never touch a live site without taking a full backup first, so nothing is ever lost.
What if you can't fix my issue?
I'll tell you honestly before you order if I'm not confident I can solve it. If I take the order and can't fix it, you get a full refund. No games.
My site is completely down. Can you still help?
Yes. White screens and critical errors that take a whole site offline are the most common thing I fix. Send me the details and I'll get on it fast.
Is this for hacked sites or malware removal?
