Typing supplier bills and receipts into a spreadsheet takes hours, and AI tools that "read" them still get numbers wrong without telling you.
I'm an AI/ML engineer, and I build extraction tools that check their own work. The AI reads vendor, dates, line items, tax and totals. Then code tests every number: lines against the subtotal, subtotal plus tax against the total, quantity times price, VAT rates and duplicate invoices. Anything that does not add up is flagged for you to review. The rest goes straight to your sheet.

FAQ
Which documents work best?
Printed invoices, receipts and PDFs work best. Clear phone photos work well. Handwriting is possible but less reliable, and the checks flag the numbers that need a look.
How accurate is it?
On public test sets, 90 to 94% of receipts were read fully correct. Numbers that do not add up get flagged for review. I measure accuracy on your samples and report it with the delivery.
Is my data safe?
Documents are read by Google Gemini through its API and are only used for your order. I can set the tool up with your own API key and accounts, so your files never pass through mine.
Do I need to pay for software?
The tools run on free tiers for small volumes. For larger volumes, the AI cost is a fraction of a cent per document. I estimate it for your volume before you order.
Can it read Bangla or Bangladeshi VAT invoices?
Yes. It reads Mushak-6.3 tax invoices, BIN numbers, taka amounts and Bangla text, and checks VAT and supplementary duty.
