Q: Do I need an existing WHOP account to place an order? A: No. I handle the complete WHOP account setup, workspace configuration, product creation, and pricing from scratch. If you already have an account, I will work with your existing setup and improve what is already there.
What happens to Discord roles when a member cancels or gets refunded?
The Discord OAuth2 integration handles this automatically. When a subscription cancels or a payment is refunded, the member's Discord role is removed without any manual action from you. The system manages the full membership lifecycle on its own.
Can you set up multiple membership tiers with different Discord roles?
Yes. Multiple tiers, each with its own products, pricing, and corresponding Discord roles, are fully supported. Before ordering, share your tier structure and the role names you want assigned to each one.
What payment processors do you support?
WHOP supports multiple payment processors, including Stripe and PayPal. I configure whichever processors your region and business type require. Just let me know during setup which one you need connected.
