2.      Creating a job post as per clients' requirements and sharing it on different social media platforms.

3. Head-hunting drivers from social media platforms

4.      Initiating communication with potential drivers, and sharing job-related information with drivers.

5.      To ensure drivers are fulfilling clients requirements, such as ready to take medical and drug tests (DUI) as per standard employment procedures

6.      Connecting interested drivers with the clients to close the deal.

7.      Follow up with clients and the drivers to ensure a smooth process

8.      After delivery services until client's satisfaction
