I work solo on the backend, but for projects needing both frontend and backend, I collaborate with a frontend developer I regularly work with — so you get a complete, working product either way.

Yes. Send me access or the repo and I'll look at what's actually going on before quoting anything.
Which do you use more, Laravel or NestJS?
Laravel is where I have the most experience (6 years), but for newer projects, especially ones needing microservices, I usually recommend NestJS. Happy to advise based on what you're building.
Can you also handle the frontend?
My main focus is backend, but I collaborate with a frontend developer for projects that need both sides delivered together.
