Will I be able to edit the financial model myself?
Yes. You receive the Excel file with visible formulas, no locked cells and no password protection. Assumptions sit on their own tab, so you can change visits per day, payer mix, reimbursement rates or staffing and the statements update automatically. The file is yours after delivery.
Can you guarantee my loan or funding will be approved?
No, and I would be cautious of anyone who does. Approval depends on your credit, collateral, equity injection and each lender's own criteria, none of which I control. What I provide is a model in the format lenders expect, with a debt schedule and DSCR they can review directly.
What information do you need before I order?
Number of treatment rooms and therapists, expected visits per day, payer mix and average reimbursement, lease and equipment costs, credentialing timeline, and the funding amount you need. Send what you have and I will flag what is missing.
How many revisions are included?
Two on Basic, three on Standard and five on Premium. Revisions cover changes to assumptions, formatting and narrative within the scope we agreed. Changing the clinic size or service model after delivery is a new order, and I will quote it before starting.
