FAQ
Do you need access to my n8n?
Either works - send a JSON export with sample data, or temporary access to your instance. Credentials are never stored and access can be revoked right after delivery.
My workflow is huge - is that extra?
Basic covers one bug regardless of workflow size. If diagnosis reveals multiple separate issues, I'll tell you before doing anything extra.
Can you fix self-hosted n8n (VPS/Docker)?
Yes - I run my own self-hosted production instance on a Linux VPS.
What if you can't fix it?
If the root cause is outside n8n (e.g. a third-party API being down), I'll show you exactly what's wrong and what to do next - you won't pay for a non-fix.
