About this Gig
I provide professional Siemens PLC, HMI, SCADA and VFD programming for industrial and educational automation projects. I design control systems, perform upgrades, and resolve automation issues using TIA Portal and Step 7. I also deliver compact solutions with Siemens LOGO 8.
I have six years of hands-on experience with S7-1200, S7-1500, S7-300 and S7-400. I develop operator interfaces with WinCC and WinCC Runtime. I program and commission VFDs and integrate VFD speed and torque control over Profinet, Modbus and OPC UA.
Services include PLC programming in Ladder, FBD and SCL, HMI and SCADA screen and alarm configuration, VFD bus-based control and commissioning, Step 7 to TIA Portal migration, troubleshooting, optimization and remote commissioning. All projects are tested and delivered with clear PDF or video documentation and optional remote support via TeamViewer or AnyDesk.
