How do I give you access?
Invite me as an accountant user in QuickBooks Online or Xero. That is read and edit access to the books only, never your bank login. I will never ask for banking credentials and you should never give them to anyone here.
My books are a genuine disaster. Is that a problem?
No, that is the job. Send me a screenshot of your balance sheet and I will tell you honestly how bad it is and which package it needs before you spend anything.
Do you file my taxes?
No. I prepare clean books and the statements your tax preparer needs. Filing requires a licence in your jurisdiction and I am not going to pretend I hold one.
Can you do this every month going forward?
Yes, and that is where this works best. After the first clean month I will set up a recurring arrangement so you are never behind again.
What if my transaction count is higher than the package?
Message me first with the real count. I will send a custom offer rather than let you order the wrong tier and have us both renegotiate mid-job.
Will you tell me what was actually wrong?
Yes, in writing, in the Full cleanup package. Most bookkeepers hand back clean books and never explain what broke. You should know, so it stops happening.
