With a Computer Science bachelor's degree and as a CS professional, I will create an app tailored to your specifications, that will work on Windows, using the built-in package of Tkinter with Python. That app will have enhanced Graphical User Interface of any theme you wish.

I will also provide an exe file so it's extremely easy to get it running, with no need of any requirements.

I'm expert in databases such as MYSQL, MongoDB and SQLite integration with Python but we can also integrate any other according to your requirement.
