Do I need to give you admin/FTP access to my store?
Only if the fix requires it. For many issues I can diagnose the problem from a screen share or a description first, then let you know exactly what access is needed before you share anything.
Can you work on my live/production store without breaking it further?
Yes, for live stores I always work on a staging copy or take a backup first, so your site stays safe and online while I fix the issue.
I'm not sure what's actually wrong, just that something's broken. Can you still help?
Yes. Message me with a description of what's happening (or a screen recording/screenshot) and I'll diagnose the issue before we agree on a package, no need to know the technical cause yourself.
How fast can you start, and how long do fixes usually take?
I typically respond within an hour and can start most fixes the same day. Delivery time depends on the issue, simple bugs are same-day, larger integration or migration work may take a few days.
What if my issue isn't OpenCart, WooCommerce, WordPress, or Laravel?
