You need a Facebook business page, Facebook ad account (Facebook Business Manager is better and include all required accounts), content for meta ads and a website.
How to share access with you?
1. Open your FB Business Manager 2. Go to Business settings. 3. Click People. 4. Click Add. 5. Enter the email address of the person you want to add. 6. Select the role you'd like to assign them. 7. Click Next. 8. Select the asset & the task access you want to assign the person. 9. Click Invite.
