I will 3d modeling and rendering lanscape and masteplan

For this Gig, I will create a realistic animation video of your masterplan, estate, neighborhood, or real estate property from your existing design.

OR

If you haven't done the design, I will help you plan and design the site/plots and then create and deliver a realistic animation video of your project.

The video will include, cinematic video editing, detailed modeling, animated vehicles, animated people/pedestrians in the scene, texturing, and scene composition.

BUDGET:

The budget for your project is dependent on 3 factors.

a. Size of the property/ number of plots

b. Number of unique Unit types.

(prototype units are counted as 1 unique building type, unique building types include duplexes, a block of flat, a condominium, terraces, commercial buildings etc.)

c. If all the project designs have been done and my task is to strictly create the visuals,

or

If there are sections that haven't been developed which I'm to also come up with concept for before generating the animated visuals,

(e.g. of these sections can be landscaping for some areas, building designs, park/recreation area development, pool concepts, site/masterplan 2d development, generic model sourcing etc)
