I will write technical documentation, guides, and tutorials for software and ai tools
Python Backend Developer, AI Copywriter, Technical Writer for SaaS and Tech
About this Gig
Your product is powerful. But if your users can not understand how to use it, you lose them.
I write technical documentation, user guides, API references, and tutorials that make complex software easy to understand for developers, end users, and everyone in between.
Background in Linux system administration, REST APIs, Python, and AI tools means I understand what I am writing about not just how to write.
What I deliver:
User manuals and onboarding guides
API documentation and endpoint references
Step-by-step software tutorials
README files and GitHub documentation
How-to guides for technical and non-technical audiences
Formats I work in:
Google Docs
Notion
Markdown / GitHub
Confluence-style structure
Plain text for any CMS
My process:
You share your product, tool, or feature. I study it, ask clarifying questions if needed, and write documentation that is accurate, clear, and structured for your audience.
No fluff. No filler. Just clean technical writing that helps your users succeed.
Message me before ordering if you have a large or complex project happy to discuss scope and timeline.
Delivery style preference
Please inform the freelancer of any preferences or concerns regarding the use of AI tools in the completion and/or delivery of your order.

FAQ
Do you need access to the actual software to write documentation?
Ideally, yes — a trial account or demo access helps me write accurately. If that is not possible, detailed notes, screenshots, or a walkthrough call works too.
Q: Can you write for both technical and non-technical audiences?
Yes. I adjust the language, depth, and assumed knowledge based on who will be reading the documentation.
What format will you deliver in?
Default is Google Docs. I can also deliver in Markdown, Notion, or plain text. Let me know your preference when ordering.
Can you handle ongoing documentation projects?
Yes — I am open to long-term contracts for teams that need regular documentation updates. Message me to discuss a custom arrangement.
