Yes, you need to install AnyDesk (free). I will guide you through it if you need help.
Is it safe to give you remote access?
You stay in control of the session at all times. You approve the connection and can end it whenever you want. I only access what is needed to fix your issue.
Do you fix hardware problems in person?
No. All support is remote. For hardware, I can guide you step by step online while you do it yourself.
Which Windows versions do you support?
Windows 10 and Windows 11. Message me first if you use an older version.
What if the problem comes back?
Your package includes a revision for the same issue. New problems need a separate order.
