Using a workflow revolving around Blender I will create and/or rig 3d anime character models and even make 3d animations of exactly what you need or even better for games, animations, vtubing, and more. This also includes creating basic and even unique facial expressions, high quality hair and cloth rigging, easy to edit .blend file for small tweaking after purchase, and custom facial shading for a more anime feel.
