What time zone are you located in?
I'm in Pakistan, but you don't need to worry about I will check the time zone of leads we are going to call and then we will call them at their peek time.

Absolutely! Just make sure I'm able to log in.
When do I send my script and leads information?
After you have placed the order, you will be taken to a page where you can provide me with your script and contact list, and any other information pertaining to any extras you might need.
Do you offer revisions?
If I make a mistake on my end, I will make a revision for free. If YOU make a mistake or want to change something in ANY way after the leads are called, there will be additional charge for revisions
What do you consider a “call”?
A call attempt is considered a call. That means "no answer" and "voicemail" are valid
What do I need to get started?
Simply your list of leads, script guideline, and anything that will help me understand your business (eg., website). I also need you to tell me in your own words why customers should do business with you instead of the next company
Can you record calls?
To simplify life in complying with different state regulations where consent is required, call recording is not offered at this time
How will I know the results of your calls?
I will be able to give you an excel sheet with each contact, and the results of my call including notes, comments and suggested follow ups. I also include the decision maker's name and an email if I can get it.
What will increase my probability of getting appointments or sales?
As you probably guessed, cold call conversion rates aren't high. However, a good prospect list makes a difference. This includes the correct company phone or headquarters number. The correct person to contact and direct extension if possible and an up-to-date contact list will help enormously.
