Whether it is creating a Warehouse Receiving Order, also known as a WRO. Resolving a URO, Filing a claim for a lost in transit shipment or if it is a damaged shipment your customer must've received.

WROs let the ShipBob team know what is being sent to their fulfilment centre (s). They provide them with information like each item's name and SKU, and it also lets them know how much of each item is being sent to the ShipBob warehouse.
