Which Odoo versions do you support?
All current versions, including Odoo 13 through 19, on Community, Enterprise, Odoo Online, and Odoo.sh. If you are unsure which version or edition you have, I will identify it in the free consultation.
Should I choose Odoo Community or Enterprise?
It depends on your accounting needs full accounting features are Enterprise/Online, while Community covers invoicing basics. In our first call I will tell you honestly which fits your business and budget; I do not earn anything from your license choice.
Are you a developer? Do you write custom code?
No, I am a functional consultant and professional accountant. I configure Odoo using its built-in capabilities. If your project truly needs custom code, I will write a clear requirements document you can hand to any developer, and I will verify their work makes accounting sense.
What do you need to start?
Access to your Odoo database as an invited user (never share passwords in chat — invite my email as a user instead), a short description of your business, and your current chart of accounts or software reports if migrating.
Is my financial data confidential?
Yes. I work under Fiverr's terms, use access you can revoke at any time, and never reuse, share, or reference client data. I am happy to work in a staging/test database first.
How does the free consultation work?
Message me before ordering. We discuss your situation (chat or video call), and I reply with a clear scope, hours, price, and timeline the same structured approach my repeat clients mention in reviews.
Can you migrate my data from QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, or Excel?
Yes masters (customers, vendors, products, chart of accounts), opening balances, and open invoices/bills are part of my packages. Full historical transaction migration is available as an extra.
Can you handle UAE VAT or Saudi ZATCA requirements?
Yes, I configure Odoo's localization, tax structure, and reporting for Gulf businesses, and I have worked with clients across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. (E-invoice integrations that need third-party connectors are scoped separately.)
Do you provide training?
Yes, live video sessions with screen sharing, recorded so your team can rewatch them. Training is included in Standard and Premium and available as an extra.
What happens after go-live?
Premium includes 2 weeks of post-go-live support. After that, most clients continue with a monthly support arrangement for bookkeeping, reconciliation, and questions ask me for a custom offer.
