I use Photoshop and you will be delivered the Photoshop file normally.

Well, I basically take 2 days to come up with 1 of my designs. But still stay in touch with my clients so that we both remain on the same page. I take notes and try to deliver the same to same as asked. So it may take a while to prepare to the fullest.
