Do I own the system, or am I renting it?
You own the deployment. It runs on your hosting, your database, your domain. There is no monthly fee to me and no per-employee charge. Full source code handover is included in the Full ERP Suite package and available as a $600 extra on the other two.
Can I see it working before I order?
Yes. There is a read-only live demo with CEO, Manager and Employee logins so you can see exactly what each role sees. Message me and I will walk you through it on Fiverr before you spend anything.
Will it calculate my country's income tax correctly?
The payroll engine is fully configurable - tax slabs, allowances, provident fund, penalties - and I configure it to the rules you give me in writing. I am not a tax advisor and I do not provide tax or compliance advice. Have your accountant confirm the rules before I build them in.
What hosting do I need and what does it cost?
The frontend runs on Vercel, the API on Render or Railway, and the database on managed PostgreSQL. Small teams can often run on free or low-cost tiers. Hosting is billed by those providers directly to you, not through me - I will tell you the realistic cost for your headcount before you order.
How long does it actually take?
Core HR Setup is 10 days, HR + Payroll 18 days, Full ERP Suite 30 days from the moment I have your completed requirements. The clock starts when your employee list and payroll rules arrive, not when the order is placed - incomplete information is the main cause of delay.
Can you import our existing employee data?
Yes. Send a CSV or Excel export with name, email, department, designation, joining date and salary, and I will import it. Migration from another HR system with attendance and payroll history is available as an extra.
Does the biometric fingerprint attendance work?
Yes, but it is Windows on-premise only. Fingerprint enrolment uses an HID U.are.U 4500 reader in the browser, and turnstile punches are ingested from an AMF30 gate terminal via a local bridge. This requires hardware you already own and a Windows machine on site. It is not part of a cloud-only deploy
What is the AI assistant and does it cost extra to run?
It answers questions about your own data, scoped to whatever the person asking is allowed to see. You supply your own AI provider API key, which is encrypted at rest and PIN-protected. You pay that provider directly for usage - typically a few dollars a month for a small team.
Your packages say 5 to 10 pages - is that the whole system?
No, and Fiverr's field is the reason. That counter caps at 10 and was designed for websites; Clora is an application with 25 screens - 4 authentication pages and 21 portal routes. What happens after delivery if something breaks?
Every package includes a support window - 7, 15 or 30 days depending on tier - covering any bug in what I delivered. Beyond that, a 3-month support block is available as an extra. Bugs in my work are always fixed free, in or out of the window.
