Yes! Most network configurations can be done remotely as long as I can access your router's admin panel or connect via remote desktop. Message me first to confirm your setup is compatible.
What router brands do you support?
I work with most major brands including TP-Link, Cisco, Netgear, Huawei, Mikrotik, and D-Link. If you have a different brand just message me before ordering and I'll confirm.
My internet is slow but the router seems fine — can you help?
Yes, slow internet isn't always a router problem. I'll diagnose whether it's a configuration issue, interference, hardware limitation, or ISP-related and give you a clear answer on what's causing it.
Do you provide any documentation after the setup?
On the Premium package yes — I provide a summary of everything configured including IP addresses, credentials used, and settings changed so you always have a reference.
Can you set up a network for a small business with multiple devices?
Absolutely, that's my specialty. The Standard and Premium packages cover multi-device setups. Message me with your device count and requirements and I'll recommend the right package for you.
