When someone searches "dentist near me" or "emergency dentist", Local Services Ads show at the very top of Google with the Google Screened badge. Patients call or book you directly, and you pay per lead, not per click.

The catch: dental LSA setup is strict. Google screens the practice and every dentist, checks NPI numbers and state licenses, and requires malpractice and liability insurance. Small mismatches can delay approval.
