How will you start my project?
After you purchase the gig, you will fill out a quick survey with all of the information we require. You will also get thorough directions on how to share the access of Facebook Business Manager. I will get in touch with you if we have any questions.
How to share access with you?
1. Open your FB Business Manager 2. Go to Business settings. 3. Click People. 4. Click Add. 5. Enter the email address of the person you want to add. 6. Select the role you'd like to assign them. 7. Click Next. 8. Select the asset & the task access you want to assign the person. 9. Click Invite.
Is the ad budget included?
No. The ad spend is completely separate. Most Solar Contractors start with $1,500–$3,000 per month. My fee only covers setup and management.
How many leads can I realistically expect?
It depends on your budget and location. With $50/day you might see 20–50 leads per month. With $100/day many get 50–100+. I’ll tell you the realistic number for your area on our call.
Are the leads exclusive to me?
Yes, 100%. Every single lead that comes in goes only to you. I never share or resell leads — that’s the biggest reason roofers hate those big lead companies.
How soon will I start getting leads?
Usually within 2–4 days after launch (sometimes the same day). Facebook approves campaigns pretty fast now. The first few days are testing, then it picks up.
Do you guarantee a certain number of leads?
I can’t promise exact numbers because Facebook changes things and every market is different. But here’s what I do promise: I will optimize the campaign every single day.
Can you target only my local area?
Absolutely. I only run hyper-local targeting — your exact zip codes or 20–50 mile radius. No wasting money on people far away. If you have storm-damaged neighborhoods or older homes, just tell me and I’ll focus there.
What if the leads aren’t good or ready to buy?
I build pre-qualifying questions into the lead forms (roof type, timeline, storm damage, etc.) so you mostly get serious homeowners. You’ll still get a few tire-kickers — that’s normal — but way fewer than shared leads. If quality is off, I change the questions and targeting immediately.
Do you set up the pixel, CRM, and follow-up automation?
Yes, everything. I install the Meta pixel, build the lead forms, connect to GoHighLevel (or your CRM), and set up Messenger/WhatsApp auto-replies so leads don’t go cold. You just answer the phone or check your email.
