Please provide the affected URL, Magento version, a clear description of the issue, steps to reproduce it, screenshots or error messages, and any relevant exception/report ID. Depending on the problem, I may also need temporary Magento Admin, SSH/SFTP, database, or hosting access.
Does one package cover multiple Magento issues?
No. Each package covers one issue based on its complexity. If you have several unrelated problems, please message me first so I can review them and provide an appropriate custom offer.
What Magento versions do you work with?
I work with Magento 2 and current Magento 2.4.x environments, including Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce. I can also troubleshoot PHP compatibility, upgrade-related issues, themes, extensions, APIs, cron, cache, and deployment problems.
Can you fix third-party extension or custom module problems?
Yes. I can investigate third-party extension conflicts, custom Magento modules, plugins, observers, dependency injection issues, cron jobs, frontend integrations, REST APIs, GraphQL, and related Magento functionality. The final scope depends on the issue and available source code/access.
Do you work on live production websites?
Yes, when necessary. However, for risky changes I prefer testing on staging first when a staging environment is available. I also recommend taking appropriate backups before changes to production systems.
What does a revision include?
A revision covers adjustments related to the original issue described in the order. It does not include new bugs, unrelated features, additional customization, or separate Magento problems.
