Looks Like This Service Is On Hold
I will build an ai powered competitor price tracker with pricing recommendations
About this gig
I will build a production-ready system that tracks competitor product prices from your provided URLs, stores historical price data, and generates clear pricing recommendations using AI.
What you get:
- Scrape product title, current price, availability (if visible) + timestamp (Playwright, JS pages supported)
- Save historical results (CSV by default, optional SQLite)
- AI analysis (OpenAI): trend detection + INCREASE/DECREASE/HOLD recommendation with business-style reasoning
- Clean deliverables: updated CSV + client-friendly Markdown report
- Simple configuration via .env (no hardcoded secrets)
- Modular, easy-to-customize codebase + clear README instructions (non-technical friendly)
You provide:
- A CSV/JSON list with: product_name, competitor_name, product_url, currency
- Target websites and any special notes (region/currency/variants)
- OpenAI API key (if AI recommendations are required)
Notes:
Some websites may change layout or restrict scraping; I implement robust retries and error handling, but certain anti-bot measures (CAPTCHAs/paywalls/private pages) are not supported.
Delivery includes example input/output files and a ready-to-run project package.

FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
A CSV/JSON with product_name, competitor_name, product_url, currency + target sites notes.
Will it work on any website?
Most public product pages work. Paywalls/private pages and CAPTCHA-heavy sites are not supported.
Do you provide AI recommendations?
Yes (Standard/Premium). You provide an OpenAI API key via .env, or I can deliver non-AI reports.
What will I receive?
Source code + example files + output CSV + a Markdown business report + README instructions.
Can it run automatically every day?
Yes (Premium) or as an extra. I provide a stable command + cron scheduling guide.
How many products/URLs are included?
Depends on the package; you can add more via “Additional pages/URLs” extra.
