Please provide 2D plans, elevations, or sections ( DWG). If you only have hand sketches with dimensions, those work too! A brief description of materials and your preferred "mood" is also very helpful.
Which software versions do you use?
I primarily use SketchUp for modeling, Lumion for rendering, and Photoshop for final artistic post-production. If you need the source file, please ensure your software is compatible with these versions.
Do you offer 3D modeling as a standalone service?
Yes. If you already have a model and only need rendering, or if you only need a clean SketchUp model without the renders, I can create a custom offer for you.
Can you render specific site contexts or landscaping?
Absolutely. I can model the surrounding environment and use Lumion’s library to add realistic vegetation, people, and weather effects to match your specific site location and "Eyes on the Street" activity.
What is included in a "Revision"?
